Our Team

Dr. Pope is originally from Barbourville, KY. He attended the University of Kentucky for undergraduate studies and received his dental degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Christian Medical & Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and an Alumni of the Dawson Academy.

Dr. Pope provides outstanding service to all members of your family in a friendly and comfortable setting. Some of his areas of interest are cosmetic dentistry, especially utilizing the CEREC system, and implant dentistry. Dr. Pope recently completed continuing education courses at the prestigious Dawson Academy, an organization that provides general dentists with the information necessary to treat even the most complex dental cases.

Dr. Pope is married and has two sons. In his spare time, Dr. Pope enjoys fishing and the outdoors, and he is very active in his church. 

Sarah has been a hygienist at our office since March of 2017. Sarah graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University in 2016. Outside of the office, Sarah is heavily involved with her church where she volunteers and goes on mission trips. She enjoys spending time outdoors doing everything from kayaking to hunting.

Shellie joined our team as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in August of 2017, after taking 5 years off to be a stay at home mom. Shellie became an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant after completing the program at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in 2008.  Outside of the office, Shellie loves being a wife, and a mother to her 4 children. She loves spending time with her family doing everything from hunting, camping, going to Somersplash Waterpark with her kids or just hanging out at home. 

Alisa has been with our office since August of 2018. She has been a dental assistant for 14 years. When Alisa isn't working she enjoys shopping with her daughter and watching her son play football.
